Progress Tracker & File Locations

Footage Access

There are two sheets:

Projects - Edited
All the edited footage is available here for your review. You can watch, provide feedback, or download the files as needed.

Events - RAW Files
I have uploaded all the RAW files to this section to ensure there is a backup. If you would like to secure the footage on your end, you also have the option to download it.

Unless there is a chip marked "completed," my work remains ongoing and continues to evolve, indicating that the deliverable shown in the sheet is not yet final or definitive.

Work Completion

Giving Feedback

In the section labeled "Projects - Edited," you can provide your general feedback about the videos in the column titled "YOUR Comments."

To accomplish this, simply right-click on the cell and select "Comment."

Watching Deliverables

For your convenience, you can watch the videos directly on Google Drive by simply clicking the chip, or you can access them via the link to YouTube. Both options are private and not shared publicly.

Additionally, there is a transcript column available (for interviews only) that allows you to read through the interviews and identify sections suitable for the “About Us” video for your website.

Social Media Plan & Content Outline

I have designed a new temporary social media logo to enhance legibility and memorability for those outside the organization. We can discuss the details and refine the logo further down the line, but I strongly recommend we replace the current logo on Instagram.

Instagram Visualization

I have created a private Instagram page to provide a visual demonstration of what your account will look like once we upload all the content. This serves primarily as a reference for both of us. I believe the grid structure and curated content will be attractive to potential new singers.

Facebook

All the content I have created for Instagram will be resized to fit Facebook's aspect ratios and posted according to a recommended schedule.

Here are my suggestions to improve your online presence:

  1. Add Location on Maps: Register your choir's location on Google Maps and Apple Maps. This helps people searching online find you easily, and it's a cost-effective way to promote your choir.

  2. Request Reviews: Encourage your current members to leave positive reviews. This will showcase your choir as a well-rated organization, attracting more interest from potential members.

  3. Update Social Media Logos: Refresh your logos on social media platforms to ensure they are current and engaging.

  4. Create a Posting Schedule: Develop a content calendar for your Instagram and Facebook posts. This will help maintain consistency and keep your audience engaged.

  5. Targeted Advertising: Utilize Meta Business Suite to promote each post to your desired audience. You can start with a budget as low as $10 per post, allowing you to reach those most likely to be interested in your choir.

By following these steps, you can effectively increase your choir's visibility and attract new members.

I realize that the changes I’m suggesting may feel overwhelming. However, these adjustments are crucial for enhancing the impact of my videos, photos, and graphics. I am more than willing to assist you in setting everything up to ensure it functions smoothly. I have expertise in these areas, and I’m happy to meet and coordinate all the necessary arrangements.
