1. Video Content Package
You will receive five professionally crafted videos designed to showcase your choir’s story, engage your audience, and enhance your online reach:

  • 2 Interview-Style Videos (Optimized for Facebook) – Featuring choir members or leadership, sharing the choir’s journey, mission, and impact.

  • 2 Advertisement-Style Videos (Optimized for Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads) – Short, dynamic promotional videos designed to attract new members, audiences, and supporters. Each will be delivered in both vertical and horizontal formats for maximum flexibility.

  • 1 Introduction Video (For Website) – A beautifully produced introduction to your choir, perfect for new visitors to your website.

2. Strategic Advertising Plan
A detailed advertising roadmap outlining the best timeline to launch campaigns, including:

  • Key dates for optimal engagement

  • Recommended post types and formats

  • Social media best practices for increased visibility

3. Social Media Visuals

Production Timeline

  1. Introduction & Getting to Know the Choir (1 hour)

    • Attend one rehearsal to meet the choir members and introduce myself.

  2. B-Roll Filming for Advertisements (2 hours)

    • Attend a second rehearsal with my camera to capture high-quality B-roll footage for promotional materials.

  3. Interview Filming (3 hours)

    • Schedule a dedicated filming session before or after a rehearsal to record interviews with selected choir members.

  4. Final Presentation Recording (May 3rd) (4 hours)

    • Attend and film the final performance with a two-camera setup, capturing both wide and close-up shots for choir archives, advertisements, and additional B-roll.

  5. Editing & Post-Production (20-25 hours)

    • Editing five high-quality videos (interviews, advertisements, and introduction video).

    • Color correction, audio enhancement, and graphics where needed.
